Shipping policy

At JNA Ingredient Co., we aim to pack and dispatch orders as carefully and efficiently as possible.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email where available.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We primarily ship using trusted carriers including Australia Post and Aramex, however we may also use alternative courier or freight providers where appropriate to improve delivery reliability, delivery speed, or freight efficiency.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather events, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days

SHIPPING DETAILS
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If authority to leave is selected or permitted by the carrier, parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address. Once marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

·         Your order number
·         Photos of the packaging and products
·         A description of the issue

We will work with you to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping may be available on selected orders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported and used within their jurisdiction and are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or regulatory requirements that may apply.
