Formulation approach

Start with a water base and include low-tack humectants for a clean finish.
Keep the system low viscosity to ensure sprayability.
Avoid ingredients that may clog the spray mechanism.
Ensure full solubility of all ingredients within the water phase.
Finalise preservation and pH to maintain stability over time.

Propanediol 1,3 - 3–4%
Betaine - 1–2%
Panthenol - 1–2%
Ectoin - 0.2–0.3%
Magnesium Chloride - 0.3–0.5% (optional)
Allantoin - 0.2%
Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol - 0.8–1.0%
